Above and Beyond @ Lollapalooza Chile 2012, Santiago
Above and Beyond will be performing at the second day of Lollapalooza Chile (Sunday, April 1st. 2012). Lollapalooza Festival, which in 2011 went out for the first time the United States with a historic performance in Chile and attracted over 80,000 people last February and April 3, formalizes its second edition to be held on March 31 and April 1st 2012 in Parque O'Higgins.
Lollapalooza Chile will feature two main stages, an electronic stage and a small alternative stage, plus--like its sister festival in Chicago--all ages Kidzapalooza stage for family fun.
Lollapalooza Chicago was born two decades ago when Perry Farrell, lead singer of fabled alternative rockers Jane's Addiction, started planning a farewell tour for the group. His idea morphed into a larger-than-life musical roadshow that would bring music, culture and community to fans across North America, before finding a permanent home in Chicago's historic Grant Park in 2005.
